what should I do if a privileges member has an expired privileges card but still wants a discount?

We advise participating businesses not to accept expired Privileges Cards. If you have any problems, please advise the member to contact Privileges and we will explain our conditions of card use to them.

does being a member of privileges mean that I cannot be part of other discount and loyalty programs?

We encourage you to join other discount and loyalty programs. We encourage you to try new things with your business. Our experience has been that our participating businesses have found our program has been more successful than other programs they have tried.

I am having a quiet period. how can I maximise the benefits of my involvement with privileges?

If you would like some advice on maximising the benefits of Privileges, contact us and we can arrange a staff member to meet you to discuss some ideas to maximise the promotion of your business through Privileges.

I want to change my participating business's privileges offer. when can I do this?

You will need to wait until the Privileges directory is reprinted. This happens in October each year.

a privileges member left their privileges card at my participating business location. what should I do?

Please contact us if a Privileges member has left their Privileges Card at your business location.

I may be selling my business soon. what are my obligations to privileges in this situation?

If you want to sell your business, you will need to advise Privileges in writing at least 30 days prior to any change of ownership or address of the business and to require that any new business owner, as a condition of sale or lease, honours your Privileges Agreement until the following edition of the Privileges directory is printed, and to also notify Privileges of your arrangement.
