Privileges: WIN a premium dining and cinema experience at Boffin's Restaurant and Dendy Cinemas Canberra.

Terms and conditions

1. To enter the competition Privileges cardholders must complete the Privileges annual customer satisfaction survey available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VRCMQ7W or through www. thecard.com.au. Once you have completed the survey and registered your email address, your name and Privileges membership number you will be placed in the barrel for your chance to win the premium dining and cinema experience with Boffin's Restaurant and Dendy Cinemas Canberra.
2. The competition commences on Monday 12 December 2011 and closes on Monday 20 February 2012 and is open to all Privileges cardholders.
3. The total prize is valued at $422.00 and consists of: a gift certificate for Boffin's Restaurant located at University House Acton valued at $200.00 and six adult Dendy premium session vouchers valued at $222.00.
4. Winner will be drawn at 3.00pm on Thursday 1 March 2012 at ActewAGL House, 40 Bunda Street, Canberra City ACT 2600 and contacted by telephone and confirmed in writing via email.
5. In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will take place at 3.00pm on Friday 1 June 2012 at ActewAGL House, 40 Bunda Street, Canberra City ACT 2600, and the winner will be contacted by telephone.
6. The judge's decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner must be a current Privileges cardholder at the time of the draw in order to be eligible to win the prize.
8. If a customer cancels their Privileges Card before the draw date they forfeit their chance to win the prize.
9. In the case of an ineligible member being drawn as the winner, a re-draw will take place immediately.
10. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services and must be booked and taken by the winner.
11. The Boffins Restaurant gift certificate and Dendy premium vouchers are valid until 30 June 2012.
12. ActewAGL is not responsible for arranging or paying for any additional or ancillary costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to travel insurance, all other travel documentation, transfers to or within the ACT or NSW, or spending money.
13. In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, ActewAGL reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of similar value.
14. ActewAGL shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The winner's details will be provided to Boffin's Restaurant and Dendy Cinemas Canberra for the purpose of administering the prize.
16. Any personal information collected will be treated in accordance with the Privileges Privacy Policy, available at thecard.com.au. Privileges Canberra will use Survey Monkey, a third party software supplier, to administer the online survey, which will involve third-party cookies. The information collected by these cookies is not capable of identifying you and is only used to ensure that the survey runs effectively. 17. Entries become the property of ActewAGL and entrants agree their entries may be published on the Privileges website, Enews, or used for publicity or promotional purposes.
18. All amounts include GST unless otherwise stated.
